Ingredients

  • 2 mozzarella, each 15g
  • 8 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 8 slices Parma ham, thin
  • Oil (olive oil), for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 slices from each ball of mozzarella. Cover each slice with dried tomato and basil, then wrap with Parma ham. Fry briefly on both sides in a coated pan in a little olive oil and serve while warm. A red wine pear in balsamic vinegar tastes very good with it.
