Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Place in an ovenproof dish with the cut surface facing down. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add the cloves. Pour orange juice over them.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 45 minutes. Serve hot.
