- 250 g plums
- 200 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 30 g suar, or
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 grams flour
- 3 egg (s)

- Plums, wash, halve, stone and cut into not too small pieces. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and line a tart or casserole dish with baking paper.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add milk and cream and stir well. Sift in the flour and stir carefully so that there are no lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared form. Spread the plum pieces into the batter.
- Carefully place the dessert in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
- Dust with icing sugar as desired and serve warm or cold.
- Blitz variant:
- Use canned fruit while reducing the amount of sugar.
- For the topping, put all the ingredients in a measuring beaker or similar vessel and beat everything with the hand mixer at the highest level for about 3 minutes until no lumps can be seen. Then continue according to the recipe.
- Spicy Idea:
- Season the topping with cinnamon, clove and coriander instead of vanilla.
