  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 4 banana (s)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 80 g cheese, rated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Fat for frying
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillet into approx. 2 cm thick slices and season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in hot fat in a pan. Then place the slices side by side in a greased flat baking dish.
  2. Peel and halve the bananas and place on the fillets. Season the cream with tomato paste, curry powder and salt and pour over the bananas and meat. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes.
