For the open potatoes, brush a baking sheet or a large baking dish with oil. Then spread the herbs and spices over the oil and finally cut the 3 cloves of garlic into thin slices and spread them on the baking sheet.
Then wash the potatoes well or peel them - depending on your taste - and cut them in half. Place the halved potatoes on the baking sheet or in the baking dish and cook in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for 45 minutes.
Then mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, herbs, spices and Tabasco. Squeeze the garlic cloves and mix well.
Simply add the dip and then everyone can help themselves. Schnitzel or turkey schnitzel tastes good with it.
