- Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut off the peel (not necessary for Hokkaido, but in this case wash the pumpkin well) and place on a baking sheet or in a large baking dish. Cut the onions into narrow strips and the lemons into eighths and add both to the pumpkin. Remove the peel of the garlic cloves (since I like to eat garlic, I already use 5-6 cloves) and add the whole thing too. Season with chopped rosemary, thyme and parsley, salt and pepper, baste with olive oil and mix everything well. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
