  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 300 g spinach (fresh or frozen product)
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Brush or wash the mushrooms and scoop out the inside with a teaspoon. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mash the sheep`s cheese with a fork, press the garlic and mix both with sour cream.
  3. Dice shallots, roast in butter until golden brown, then add the spinach and season (if you like with nutmeg). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Now fill the mushrooms first with the spinach and then with the sheep`s cheese cream. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes (on baking paper).
  5. As a suggestion: also totally delicious with bacon.
