- 1 roll (s) puff pastry
- 1 banana (s), very ripe
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- some vanilla, dried and ground
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon milk

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Mix the cocoa with the banana.
- Spread out the puff pastry, halve lengthways and cut each half into 6 equal pieces. Beat the egg and separate the egg white and yolk. Brush all cut edges with egg white with a brush.
- Sprinkle the puff pastry lightly with vanilla. Spread the banana and cocoa mixture lengthways on each piece. Roll up the puff pastry pieces and place them on the sheet metal with the cut edge facing down. Press the short ends of the rolls together with a fork. Mix the yolk with the milk and brush the sticks with it. Bake the sticks on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes.
