Banana and Pear Casserole

Ingredients
- Curd – 1 kg
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
- Semolina – 5-6 tbsp
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Sour cream – 200 g (to taste)
Directions
- Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Beat eggs, add sugar.
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar thoroughly. Then add a little sour cream and semolina. Mix. Peel banana and pear, cut into small pieces. Add fruits to the curd mass. Mix everything.
- Put the resulting dough in a mold, smooth with a spoon. Then grease with sour cream on top. Place the dish in the microwave. Bake the pear and banana cottage cheese casserole at 750 W for 10 minutes (until golden brown).
- Cottage cheese casserole with banana and pear is ready. Serve the casserole hot, serve sour cream separately.
