Banana Brownie

A delicious and easy-to-prepare cake that combines the flavors of chocolate and banana very well.

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate – 200 grams
- Butter – 100 Grams
- Eggs – 3 Pieces
- Cocoa – 1.5 Art. spoons
- Flour – 3 Art. spoons
- Semolina – 1-2 Art. spoons
- Banana – 1 Piece (large)
- Sour cream – 1
- Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons (half for the chocolate layer, half for the banana)
- Curd – 150 Grams
- Vanilla Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
Directions
- Grind the chocolate and melt it together with the butter in a water bath. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous.
- Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. This process will take about 5 minutes.
- Add beaten eggs, cocoa flour to the chocolate mass. Mix well to get a streak-free dough, uniform color and consistency.
- Peel the banana, cut into pieces and use a blender to grind and mix with cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. If your curd is watery, you can add a spoonful of semolina.
- Grease the brownie baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. First lay out the chocolate dough, level it. Then lay out the banana layer. Using a circular motion of a fork, lightly mix the layers to get beautiful stains. We bake brownies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
