Ingredients
- 3 ripe banana (s)
- 120 g mararine
- 120 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 ml milk
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
- 100 g nuts, chopped
- 125 g wheat flour type 405
- 125 g whole wheat flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- Margarine for the mold

- Finely mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Mix the margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs, banana puree, milk, salt, cinnamon and nuts. Mix the flour with baking powder, sieve and fold carefully into the dough.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake at 170 ° C top / bottom heat on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 45 - 55 minutes (wooden stick sample).
- This cake tastes warm (fresh from the oven) and cold.
