Banana Curd Muffins

Cottage cheese-banana muffins are somewhat dense, but tender and tasty. They will appeal to lovers of bananas and cottage cheese baked goods. It is quite simple to prepare such muffins according to this recipe. Try it!

Ingredients
- Banana – 2 Pieces
- Curd – 200 Grams
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Flour – 200 Grams
- Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla – To taste
- Chocolate Drops – 1/2 Glass
Directions
- Beat the egg with sugar, add vanilla sugar, cottage cheese and softened butter. Stir until smooth.
- Peel and chop bananas with a fork or blender until smooth. It is better to take ripe soft fruits
- Combine flour with baking powder and add to the curd mass. Stir until smooth.
- Now add the chocolate and stir. If you have not found chocolate drops, you can grind or rub a regular chocolate bar on a coarse grater.
- Divide the dough into prepared paper tins placed in a muffin dish. If you have a silicone mold, then paper molds can be skipped.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 160 – 170 ° C for about 35 – 40 minutes. Banana curd muffins are ready!
