- 280 g flour
- 140 g suar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 120 g mararine
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 12 teaspoons honey, if you like, more

- For 12 muffins.
- Mix all ingredients except for the honey and the bananas. Cut the banana into small cubes.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the muffin pan, then add a few pieces of banana, pour 1 teaspoon of honey over it (the more honey you use, the stickier, but tastier, the muffins will be) and finally add 1 tablespoon of batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
