Ingredients
- 1 kg banana (s), sliced
- 3 apples
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, untreated, grated
- 125 ml lemon juice or
- 25 ml lemon juice and
- 100 ml passion fruit juice
- 300 g preservin suar
- 3 shots rum

- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Slowly cook with the juice and the grated lemon zest until the apple turns to a pulp. Add the banana slices and the preserving sugar.
- Cook everything until the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with about three shots of rum.
