Ingredients
- 3 banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 120 ml water
- 120 ml apple cider vinegar or fruit vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey or a handful raisins
- 2 small chilli pepper (s)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder

- Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in a saucepan until translucent. Stir in the tomato paste.
- Press the garlic. Cut the pods into small pieces. Mash the bananas. Put all ingredients in the saucepan and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Take out the bay leaf and use a hand blender to chop it into puree. Fill into a bottle with a capacity of 500 ml.
- Tastes very good with poultry or salad.
