Banana, Kiwi and Pineapple Puffs

Excellent quick baking – ready-made puff pastry puffs with fruit slices as a filling! Such puffs, ruddy and very appetizing, fly away with a bang! You can choose the filling to your liking. Today I have puffs with an exotic accent – with pineapple, kiwi and banana.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry – 500 g
- Canned pineapple – 8 rings
- Kiwi – 2-3 pcs.
- Banana – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 0.5 tbsp
To lubricate the puffs:
- Yolk – 1 pc.
Directions
- Prepare all the ingredients you need for the banana, kiwi and pineapple puffs
- Remove the dough from the freezer and let it defrost completely. Cut the dough into squares without rolling it out. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough squares on it.
- Make corner cuts on each square without joining them together.
- Place a ring of canned pineapple on each square of puff pastry.
- Sprinkle sugar over the pineapple rings.
- Peel the banana, cut into slices and place on the pineapple rings.
- Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and place on the banana slices.
- Turn the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Make sides on each ply by lifting the cut edges and crossing them together
- Brush the edges of the dough with yolk.
- Bake the fruit puffs for about 25 minutes.
- Cool the prepared banana, kiwi and pineapple puffs and serve with any drink.
