- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon oil, sunflower or other neutral oil

- Cut the banana into pieces and put in the blender along with all the other ingredients.
- Child portion: 1/2 glass (approx. 100 ml)
- Tip: overripe, already brown bananas can be used well with this recipe. This makes the drink particularly tasty. So that the banana milk does not turn brown when left standing for a long time, it makes sense to add the juice of half a lemon.
