Ingredients
- 250 g cream quark
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon fruit sugar
- 2 banana (s), soft
- 3 tablespoon chocolate, dark, chopped
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon chocolate, whole milk, grated
- Chocolate shavings, dark ones
- 4 banana (s) slices

- Beat the quark, milk and fructose with a hand mixer until frothy. Finely mash the bananas with a fork and stir into the quark. Fold in the chocolate chips, distribute the cream on 4 glass bowls.
- Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the grated chocolate and put small icing on the quark. Sprinkle with the dark chocolate shavings and place a slice of banana in the middle.
