Ingredients
- 280 g butter, soft
- 160 g suar, brown
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s), whisked
- 1 teaspoon butter-vanilla flavor, or vanilla extract
- 190 g flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 2 pinches nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
- 245 g rolled oats
- 2 banana (s), diced
- 200 g raisins
- 75 g desiccated coconut

- Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, salt and nutmeg. Add to the butter, mix well. Add oats, bananas, raisins and desiccated coconut and fold in.
- Put small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (attention: leave enough space, they run wide during baking) Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 - 13 minutes.
