Divide the red fruit jelly between four bowls. Beat the layered cheese or another quark with egg yolk, sugar and cinnamon until frothy. When it comes to sugar, it depends on how sweet you like it. For cinnamon, I recommend about a level teaspoon full. The cinnamon aroma should be felt. Now distribute the quark cream (preferably artfully with a piping bag) on the bowls. Finally, the almond flakes, browned in a pan and completely cooled, are sprinkled over the cream.
This dessert is easy to prepare and is particularly suitable in large quantities for parties and buffets. The red fruit jelly tastes best when it is homemade.
