Ingredients
- 1 bottle olive oil or safflower oil (750 ml)
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 bunch basil

- Rinse and drain the basil with cold water, pluck the leaves from the stems and dry. Roughly chop the leaves.
- Peel and slice the garlic.
- Put the basil, garlic and salt in a bottle and pour oil over it until everything is well covered.
