Instructions

Bring the water to the boil, stir in the vegetable stock. Add rice and simmer covered for about 15 minutes.
Then put rice in a bowl and season with pepper.
Cut the basil into strips and fold in.
As a vegetarian variant, carrot vegetables tossed in butter taste good, as a meal with meat carrot vegetables and pork fillet with herb butter.
