Ingredients
- 125 g bread (s), (rye or mixed wheat bread)
- 1 vegetable onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 bunch soup greens, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 liter water
- 1 tablespoon broth, instant
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls

- Cut the bread into thin slices.
- Allow the onions to become translucent in hot oil. Add bread and soup greens and roast everything for a few seconds over high heat while stirring. Add water and instant stock, bring to the boil, cover and cook over low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cream. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with chives.
