Ingredients
- 250 g Camembert (s), ripe, softer
- 75 g butter, soft
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon beer
- 1 egg yolk, from a boiled egg
For the set:
- radishes
- Caraway seed
- Lettuce

- Mash the camembert and butter well with a fork. Knead the spices, beer and egg yolk into the cheese mixture.
- Cut off with a teaspoon dipped in water and arrange on a plate.
- Cut the onion into rings and place on top, sprinkle some paprika and caraway seeds on top and serve with pretzels and bread.
- A cold beer goes well with it!
- Tip: If you like, you can also knead half a diced onion under the cheese mixture!
