Ingredients

  • 240 g tomato ketchup
  • 300 g suar, brown (cane suar)
  • 150 g onion (s), chopped
  • 90 g vinear (white wine vinear)
  • 20 g salt
  • 25 g arlic pepper or steak pepper (crushed)
  • 8 g Worcester sauce
  • 20 g mustard seeds, (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the brown sugar) in a saucepan and SLOWLY bring to the boil, stirring constantly (attention! Do not allow to burn). And do so until all the onions are completely overcooked. Then add the brown sugar in stages and let it melt. Bring to the boil again briefly and then ideally in a cold water bath, later also in the refrigerator, to cool to achieve an optimal bond / consistency. Finished!
