Ingredients

  • 750 g beans, frozen
  • 8 potato (s)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes. Cut the sausages into slices. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Cut the onions into slices, finely dice the garlic. Boil frozen beans in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Be careful that they are not too soft!
  2. Fry the sausage slices in a little oil in a coated pan until crispy brown, remove and set aside. Fry the raw potato cubes in this fat until crispy. Salt a little while doing this. When the potatoes are nice and brown and almost cooked, add the peppers, onions and garlic and fry them with them. Add the sausage slices and finally fold in the beans. Salt, pepper and toss thoroughly.
  3. If you like it spicy, you can also season it with cayenne pepper or chilli flakes.
