Ingredients
- 500 g beans (e.. cut beans)
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 150 ml water
- some vinegar
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Just cook the cut beans through. Sauté the bacon and onions, add the flour and stir with water until smooth. Season the sauce with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Put the beans in the sauce and let them cook through briefly. Tip: Go with coleslaw, boiled or jacket potatoes or pasta.
