Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, water and sugar until white. Stir in flour, starch and baking powder. Beat the egg whites and fold in. If you like, you can add a little lemon flavor.
  2. Bake the dough in four portions one after the other in a round mold at 180 ° C (fan oven), line the bottom of the mold with baking paper! Stir in the cocoa powder in the fourth and last portion. If the dough is too firm for you, you can add a dash of milk.
  3. The baking time is approx. 10 minutes. The dough should only brown slightly on top. If it is in there too long, it will dry out. You need one dough as a base, one as a lid, from the third one cut out four ears and the fourth (chocolate dough) is crumbled and later crumbled on top.
  4. Whip up a cup of cream with a vanilla sugar and 1 packet of cream stabilizer and mix with the quark. Add the strawberry jam until it is sweet enough for you. Finally stir in chopped strawberries. Spread on the bottom of the biscuit and cover with the other biscuit.
  5. Beat the rest of the cream with the vanilla sugar and the 2nd packet of cream stiffener and cover the lid and sides with it. Scatter the desiccated coconut in the middle of the ears and around the mouth of the bear, sprinkle the rest with the crumbled chocolate biscuit. Put your eyes off two Toffifee.
  6. Draw a mouth on a piece of aluminum foil with the melted chocolate, let it dry and later put it on the desiccated coconut - you are welcome to make a few mouths in case one breaks.
