Pat the meat dry and cut into fine strips. Cut the bacon into wide strips. Wash and clean the peppers, cut into strips and quarter the onions.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the bacon in it until crispy, remove from the pan. Fry the meat strips, remove them from the pan and keep warm (oven).
Sweat the peppers and onions for about 5 minutes, then add the meat again. Add red wine, tomato paste, bacon, spices and rosemary, stew for about 10 minutes. Refine with cream. I recommend rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
