Beef with Vegetables in the Oven

Baked beef with vegetables is a delicious and satisfying dish, perfect for lunch or dinner. Will delight your men! Best of all, it’s easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • Beef (pulp) – 500 g
  • Stalked celery – 2 stalks
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh green peas – 60 g
  • Soy sauce – 30 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoon.
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Ground paprika – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Turmeric – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Dried Italian herbs – 1/2 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Before cooking the beef with vegetables in the oven, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the bell peppers, tomatoes, and celery. Peel potatoes, onions, and carrots.
  2. Cut the carrots in half and cut them into fairly large pieces.
  3. Cut the pepper in half, remove the stalk and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  5. Cut the celery into large pieces.
  6. Dice the onion.
  7. First, put the potatoes and carrots in a baking dish. Lay the celery on top.
  8. Then put the pepper and green peas.
  9. Then add the onion and mix.
  10. Season the meat with salt, turmeric, Italian herbs, and paprika.
  11. Fry the meat on all sides in sunflower oil to seal all the juices inside.
  12. Put the meat on top of the vegetables.
  13. Add tomatoes cut in half to the meat. Pour the meat with vegetables with water and soy sauce.
  14. Cover the form with a lid and send the meat and vegetables to baking in the oven for 1 hour at 170-180 degrees.
  15. After an hour, remove the lid and bake for another 10-20 minutes to get a golden-brown crust.
  16. Put the finished baked meat with vegetables on plates, you can decorate with fresh herbs!
