Beefsteak with Egg

This dish perfectly diversifies everyday dinners. And on weekends, you can spend more time at breakfast and cook a steak with scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Beef, pulp (tenderloin or other part) – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Parsley – a few sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients.
    It is better to use the thickened part of the tenderloin for the steak, but you can use other pulp.
    We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the meat across the fibers into slices 2-3 cm thick. Slightly beat, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn the meat over and fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. We shift the steaks into oven-proof dishes and put them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a frying pan
  7. We take out the finished steaks from the oven.
  8. Serve the steaks with egg, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley on top.
