Ingredients

  • 500 g beef steak (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 5 mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 300 ml cream, liquid (alternatively broth or wine)
  • 2 tablespoon basil, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (garlic butter)
  • 250 g pasta (taliatelle)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
  2. Clean the peppers and mushrooms and cut into strips or slices. Fry the meat in a heated pan. Add the mustard and stir in. Add the paprika strips and mushroom slices and fry everything over high heat. Stir in the crème fraiche and cream. Add fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Finally stir in the garlic butter.
  3. Serve in deep plates with the tagliatelle and fresh basil.
