Belgian Waffle

I recently learned how to make Belgian bacon waffles. Now I often make them for breakfast for my family. I bake them in an electric waffle iron, and I cook the dough based on yeast.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 360 Milliliters
  • Active dry yeast – 7 Grams
  • Wheat flour – 280 grams
  • Semolina – 90 Grams
  • Brown sugar – 1
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter – 115 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Bacon – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. Put the milk on fire and make its essence warm.
  2. Pour milk into a bowl and send yeast there. Leave it on for 5 minutes. Then add flour, semolina, sugar, salt, baking soda, melted butter and lightly beaten eggs. Mix everything.
  3. Preheat the waffle iron and brush well with butter.
  4. Fill a waffle iron with batter and add chopped bacon. Bake the waffles until golden.
