  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (acacia honey)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in olive oil. Core the peppers, cut into small pieces and fry briefly.
  2. Add balsamic vinegar and acacia honey and let simmer a little. Season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
