Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 80 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 ml milk, warm
- 50 g butter, soft
- 1 egg (s)
For covering:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoon pudding powder (vanilla)
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 750 g blueberries or raspberries or currants
For the sprinkles:
- 150 grams flour
- 110 g butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Make a yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise.
- Process the crumble ingredients into crumble and chill.
- Mix the first four ingredients for the topping well together.
- Do not roll out the yeast dough too thinly and cut out approx. 10 cm circles. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the topping on the dough and top with the berries of your choice. Finally, distribute the crumble on the berries. Let rise again for 15 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
