Ingredients
- 500 g berries, your choice
- 300 g rock suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s), including the peel
- 1 bottle schnapps, (grain)

- Press the berries, add the rock sugar and vanilla sugar and stir. Remove the peel from the zirons with a peeler and add and fill up with the grain. Close tightly and leave to stand for 4-6 weeks. Then strain through a cloth and fill into a bottle.
