Ingredients
- 3 onion (s), finely sliced
- 500 g potato (s), very small
- 2 onion (s), quartered
- 4 tomato (s), quartered
- 4 chilli pepper (s), green, divided lengthways
- 4 chilli pepper (s), red, divided lengthways
- 2 cm ginger, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice mix (Garam Masala)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander
- 0.5 ½ cup water
- 4 tablespoon clarified butter

- Heat the clarified butter slowly, roast the onion slices in it until light brown. Potatoes,
- Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Pour in water and cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked through.
- Now add the tomatoes, the quartered onions, the green and red chillies, ginger, coriander and sugar. Let everything cook again for 2-3 minutes over high heat. The potatoes and tomatoes should be done, but not too soft.
- Now sprinkle the Garam Masala over it, stir gently and serve hot.
