Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ head red cabbage (or a small half), grated
  • 400 g bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 0.25 ¼ pineapple, fresh, diced
  • 240 g chicken breast fillet (s), diced
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • soy sauce
  • Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce, sweet
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • 16 g peanuts, spicy, chopped
  • 80 g Chinese e noodles (Mie)

Instructions

  1. First, fry the meat all around in hot oil in the wok. Deglaze with a little soy sauce. Gradually add the paprika, red cabbage, pineapple and the sprouts. Every now and then, deglaze with vegetable stock. Use enough so that it doesn`t stick. Let everything cook.
  2. At the same time cook the meoodle in a little salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain them well and add them to the wok.
  3. Finally, season with Chinese spices, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Add the chopped nuts and mix everything well.
  4. It made 4 thick plates. We were well fed up with it together. If you are hungry, 4 people will be full of it, I think. After WW the whole wok has 13 P.
