Birthday Cake

Ingredients
- Butter – 110 Grams
- Sugar – 1-1.5 Glasses
- Egg – 3 Pieces
- Flour – 2-2.5 Cups
- Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
- Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Milk – 1 Glass
- Vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon
- Butter – 160 Grams (cream)
- Cocoa – 1/3 Cup
- Powdered Sugar – 2-2.5 Glasses
- Chocolate – 60 Grams
Directions
- Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Whisk sugar and softened butter until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt while whisking.
- Add flour sifted with baking powder, beat and pour in milk in a thin stream.
- Divide the dough in two. Place in ovenproof tins, oiled or lined with parchment. Send to oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes until tender
- To prepare the cream, whisk the cocoa butter, icing sugar and melted chocolate
- Cool the finished cakes well. Then put one on a plate and brush with cream..
- Place the second cake on top and brush the top and sides with the rest of the cream.
- Decorate to taste and let sit for a couple of hours before serving to soak.
