Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 175 g chocolate, bitter, chopped
- 125 g butter
- 3 egg (s)
- 75 g suar, brown
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 150 g chocolate, dark, chopped
- 200 g nuts (pecan), chopped (alternatively walnuts)

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Melt the chocolate and butter. Let cool down.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until very creamy. Then stir in the cooled chocolate. Gradually stir in the flour mixture and finally fold in the nuts and chocolate.
- Place the dough on a prepared tray, tablespoon at a time.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the surface is firm.
- Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and only then place them on a wire rack to cool down.
- Makes about 20-25 large or 40-50 small cookies, depending on size.
