Ingredients

  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 750 g cream quark
  • 300 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bottle egg liqueur
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Cream stiffener

Instructions

  1. Let the morello cherries drain overnight, then spread on the bottom of a shallow bowl. Mix the cream quark with the vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth and spread over the cherries. Cover with eggnog. Beat the cream with a little sugar and cream stiffener and spread it on the egg liqueur. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Chill for at least 1 hour.
