Ingredients
- 250 g fruit, frozen, e.., strawberries, apricots or raspberries
- 250 g natural yourt or low-fat quark
- Lemon juice to taste
- Sweetener, (liquid stevia), 10 times as sweet as sugar, is available in health food stores
