  • 500 g blackberries
  • 200 g cream
  • 250 g milk
  • 180 g suar
  • 50 g liqueur (blackberry)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions

  1. Puree the blackberries with the milk. If necessary, pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the granules. Add all other ingredients and puree until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Pour everything into the ice cream maker and stir.
  3. This ice cream can be portioned out of the chest.
