  • 400 g blackberries, (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • some tonka bean (s), grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the blackberries in a saucepan and let stand for a few hours to thaw. They pull out some juice in the process. Then turn on the stove and let the blackberries simmer gently for a moment. Then pass through with the Flotten Lotte. You can also pass them through a sieve. But that is more difficult. For me that makes a quantity of 230 g.
  2. Then put the strained mass in a small pot, heat and simmer until the consistency is right. Season to taste with maple syrup, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, tonka bean and lemon juice. Let cool down.
  3. You can also use a little alcohol such as B. Flavor raspberry spirit.
  4. Spread the blackberry mirror on plates and serve the actual dessert on top, such as B. Mousse cams. Possibly warped with shashlik sticks.
