- 500 ml blackberry juice
- 500 ml water
- 850 g suar
- 20 g citric acid

- First of all: 1 kg of blackberries produces a good 500 ml of juice when juicing.
- Bring the juice and water to the boil with the sugar until it bubbles. From then on, cook for 3 minutes and add the citric acid. As soon as the 3 minutes are up, pour the syrup into bottles that have been rinsed with hot water and close the bottles.
- Working hours may vary depending on the amount. If the berries have to be juiced first, it will take longer.
- Mixed with mineral water to taste, it is a refreshing summer drink.
