Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 5 drops butter-vanilla flavor
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pck. Of pudding powder or
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g chocolate, chopped, and caramel chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the soft butter together with the white chocolate in a saucepan, stirring constantly and then allowing to cool slightly.
  2. Mix flour with custard powder OR starch, baking powder and baking soda and set aside.
  3. Beat sugar together with vanilla sugar, flavor and eggs for at least 2 minutes until they are light and creamy.
  4. Now add the chocolate butter mixture and continue beating briefly.
  5. Quickly fold in the chopped chocolate, caramel and flour mixture, ideally with a spatula or spoon. (Only until the flour has no more lumps)
  6. Now put the dough in a mold and bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat or 165 ° C ° convection for about 30-40 minutes. (It always depends on the oven, how long you bake the cake, best to do a chopstick test)
  7. After baking, let the blondies cool down briefly and then cut them into squares or rectangles.
