Ingredients
- 1 liter orange juice (blood), freshly squeezed or from the refrigerated shelf
- 110 g carrot (s)
- 1 lemon (s), organic, grated zest and juice it
- 1 kg preserving sugar, 2:
- 80 g cane suar, or table suar
- 1 tablespoon cardamom pod (s)

- Break open the cardamom pods and grind the seeds in a mortar. Peel and grate the carrot.
- Mix all ingredients, simmer for 3 minutes, pour into hot, clean glasses and close immediately.
- As a souvenir for friends of unusual jams.
