Ingredients
- g 1,000 blueberries
- 600 g pear (s), peeled, pitted and diced
- 400 ml apple juice
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 packs preserving sugar (: 1, 500 g each)

- Put the blueberries, pears, lemon juice, apple juice and preserving sugar in a large saucepan and mix everything well. Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the stove. Immediately pour the hot jam into jars, close and place on the lid, allow to cool.
