- 250 g flour
- 125 g suar
- 125 g butter
- 0.5 ½ point baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
For covering:
- 1 glass blueberries (250 ml)
- 300 g yourt (1.5%)
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla for cooking
- 1 point cream stabilizer
- 1 cup cream

- Make shortcrust pastry and press into a greased springform pan. Mix the blueberries (with juice) with yogurt, pudding powder and cream stiffener. Whip the cream until stiff and fold half of it into the yogurt mixture. Spread everything on the dough.
- In a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes. Garnish with the rest of the cream before serving.
