- 6 biscuit (s), (Amarettini, Italian almond macaroons)
- 300 g blueberries
- 60 ml orange liqueur, (Grand Marnier)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

- Set up four glasses or dessert bowls.
- Finely grind the biscuits and distribute them evenly on the bottom of the glasses.
- Here you can also take biscuits as you like, vanilla biscuits are also very fine.
- Mix 170g of the blueberries with the orange liqueur and the sugar in a small saucepan. You can also use more or less sugar, depending on how sweet you like it. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes until the berries are soft. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
- Then stir in 100 g of the retained blueberries and let cool down completely.
- Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten with the powdered sugar.
- Now first put a layer of the blueberry sauce in the glasses, then a thin layer of cream. Continue like this until all 4 glasses are filled. Finish with a dollop of cream and decorate with the remaining blueberries. It tastes best with fresh berries, but you can also use frozen goods.
